At FROGEN, your privacy matters. We believe in transparency, minimal data collection, and putting power in your hands — just like the Mob should. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you interact with the FROGEN website, token, and ecosystem services.

FROGEN is a non-custodial, Web3-native platform. That means:

• Your wallet seed phrase or private keys
• Any off-chain personal financial data

• Publicly available wallet address
• Email addresses
• Your connected wallet provider (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet)
• On-chain actions such as token purchases, staking, governance voting
• Basic device/browser metadata (for UI optimization)

This information is used to display your balances, activity, and eligibility for staking, airdrops, or other in-app functionality.

3. Cookies & Analytics

We may use basic cookies and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or self-hosted tools) to improve site performance and UX.

5. Fiat Transactions & MoonPay

Users purchasing tokens via MoonPay are subject to MoonPay’s KYC, AML, and data collection policies. Something Something Ltd. does not store, process, or receive personal financial data. We only retain minimal information required for platform functionality (e.g., wallet addresses, transaction logs). In the event of a legal investigation, Something Something Ltd. can only disclose what it has access to — which excludes fiat-related KYC or PII. Users are encouraged to review MoonPay’s privacy policy before using the fiat purchase option.

6. Security Measures

We protect our infrastructure with best practices, including:

• HTTPS encryption
• Cloudflare DDoS protection
• Smart contract audit disclosures (see Security page)
• No centralized user accounts to compromise

We never request sensitive data via email or DMs. Stay frosty.

7. Data Retention

We retain only non-identifiable, on-chain metadata as required for product functionality. We do not store user profiles or personal databases.

Data such as wallet interactions or staking logs are visible on-chain, and therefore publicly accessible forever — not controlled by us.

8. Children’s Privacy

FROGEN is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or process data from minors.

9. Your Rights

If you’re in the EU or under GDPR-style regulations, you may request:

• Access to any data we may hold
• Deletion of browser-side cookies
