FROGEN’s governance structure may evolve through DAO proposals voted on by $FGEN holders. Participation in governance is optional and subject to change based on smart contract upgrades.

Users are responsible for complying with the financial regulations in their own jurisdiction. Attempts to bypass per-user limits by using multiple wallets or emails may result in forfeiture of access to token allocations or future ecosystem privileges.
